The Aviation Influence Mentorship Program helps students explore aviation and STEM opportunities through mentorship, industry connections, events, scholarships, and hands-on experiences. Through our Your Flight Plan experience, mentees can identify their goals, build a roadmap for success, and connect with resources that help them take the next step toward their future. Most importantly, mentees become part of a supportive community dedicated to helping them learn, grow, and take the next step toward their future in aviation and STEM.

At Aviation Influence, we recognize that every student's journey is unique. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we connect participants with opportunities that align with their interests, strengths, and long-term goals. As an AVi mentee, you'll gain access to mentors, aviation professionals, educators, pilots, engineers, and community leaders who can provide guidance and insight into a variety of aviation and STEM pathways.

Mentees also stay connected to scholarships, discovery flights, events, workshops, conferences, internships, volunteer opportunities, industry resources, and other experiences that support personal and professional growth. Using the Your Flight Plan framework, participants create a personalized roadmap for setting meaningful goals, tracking progress, and exploring future opportunities.

The Your Flight Plan experience serves as the foundation of the Aviation Influence Mentorship Program. Designed to evolve alongside each mentee's journey, it provides a structured way to identify goals, explore opportunities, track progress, and build meaningful connections within the aviation and STEM communities,

Through Your Flight Plan, mentees are encouraged to:

Reflect on their interests, goals, and future aspirations
Identify personal strengths and areas for growth
Build a five-year roadmap for academic and career development
Explore events, scholarships, internships, training programs, and industry experiences
Connect with mentors, organizations, and professional networks
Document achievements and milestones throughout their journey
