Why was Aviation Influence, Inc. (AVi) established?
Our founders heard the call and need from industry to be a provider of first-class youth and young professional outreach focused on STEM (STEAM) and aviation. With a combined experience of 40 plus years, our team fully prepares, organizes, and executes customized outreach events within the aerospace and aviation industry.
When you call, we answer. Our organization was created for the industry and to serve a youthful audience. Through funding packages and ongoing partnerships, our customized events bring impact and ROI for each participating company.
How can we engage AVi in impactful outreach for our company?
To advance a footprint, investment, and presence in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) and aviation outreach, here are several strategic approaches that align with fostering future talent, expanding market leverage, establishing community roots, and strengthening marketing outreach to diverse demographics.
Exhibit and Partner at AVi Events
Each year, AVi hosts several signature events designed to inspire and engage youth ages 8+ with the exciting world of aviation and STEAM. These events feature aerial displays, flight activities, and hands-on STEAM exhibits aimed at sparking curiosity and cultivating a passion for science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics.

At AVi, we pride ourselves not only on being a leading outreach provider but also on our ability to craft creative, customized events that resonate with both the goals of your organization and your brand. Whether you are looking to host an intimate event or a large-scale experience, AVi offers tailored event packages starting as low as $2,500, scaling up to larger events with budgets up to $50,000. The flexibility of our services allows us to meet your needs while keeping your outreach objectives at the forefront.
Additionally, when you fund an event with AVi, any surplus funds will be directed toward a scholarship in your company’s name, managed by our elite scholarship team. This not only enhances your company’s legacy but also creates an ongoing impact by providing educational opportunities for the next generation of aviation and STEAM leaders.

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to showcase Lady Liberty, one of only 130 LibertyXL2 aircraft ever manufactured by Liberty Aerospace. As the only LibertyXL2 in active service for youth outreach and discovery flights within a nonprofit program, Lady Liberty holds a special place in the aviation community. Her rare status and exceptional history make her an invaluable asset for any event focused on aviation and STEAM education.
You can request Lady Liberty to be displayed or flown at your next company or outreach event. Depending on the event's goals and scope, Lady can also complete special arranged flights and offer flight giveaways, weather and time permitting. These special activities provide an unforgettable experience, inspiring the next generation of aviation professionals.
